Designer Constructions was engaged to develop a dream design by Turner & Associates into a tangible reality.

The path leading from the security gate to the entrance of the inner city house was unique. Large flat sandstone slices surrounded by shallow narrow water channels, containing black pebbles and tiny Rasp fish, created the illusion of walking on water.

The existing rear garden bed was emptied and converted into an idyllic contemporary water feature. The unique dual-purpose design allowed a rainwater tank to be hidden beneath.

On a section of the roof, custom-made glass sheeting was installed to increase light flow throughout the two-storey property.

Designer Constructions handcrafted furniture to compliment the interior design concepts. Entertainment hardware was placed into specially tailored wall recesses, engendering the streamline genre. In keeping with this fresh contemporary style an energy efficient low pollutant fireplace was installed.
